The Analysis
An analysis based on the student media law was about a lawsuit against Emily Thompson, a Tufts University student. According to Rizkallah, Thompson quoted him “inaccurately” and damaged his reputation, so he requested $50,000 and sued Thompson and Janoff for “emotional distress damages.”
The Article
An in-depth article about the inequality and bias in gender discrimination with three related examples. Gender discrimination, in most of our concepts, may only be discrimination against women. But it’s not the case, and it’s two-way. Both men and women may encounter discrimination in different situations.
